1. Areas of focus: garage doors, eaves, under porch, mildew, and gutters

2. Any missed areas are wiped off with rags during the painting preparation.

1. Remove storm windows & shutters

2. Replace rotten wood

3. Scrape areas with peeling paint

4. Roll/brush on primer (all bare wood, bottom edges of siding, trim boards, fascia boards on peaks, window sills, window casings, shallow nail holes)

5. Apply caulking (siding seams, window sills, window casings, horizontal boards, some vertical boards, deep nail holes)

1. Lay drop cloths

2. Plastic windows

3. Spraying: main body color, trim color, & accent color

4. Roll and brush trim boards with trim color

1. Brush paint final touch ups

2. Clear the job site

3. Walk around with the customer to ensure satisfaction
