Winner Criteria

All eligible entries will be evaluated by a panel of judges selected by Company, who will score entries based on the following weighted criteria.

  • Community impact & story 35%- Deep local roots, a history of giving back, or a family navigating a genuinely tough season where a lift would change everything.

  • Visible need 25%- Clear physical signs of paint failure, peeling, fading, or weathered surfaces that urgently require protection.

  • Transformation potential 20%- Will this specific architecture look dramatically different and striking on a Before/After general social media post?

  • Project fit and logistics 20%- Is the house safely accessible? Can our crews execute our standard high-quality process efficiently within the campaign timeline?

Winner Selection Process

Judges will select 3 Finalists based on the criteria scores. 3 Finalists will be contacted by phone/email and may receive a brief site visit from a project manager to confirm structural integrity and safety.

The potential Winner will be notified via phone and/or email on June 19, 2026.

  • To claim the prize, the winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification.

  • The winner (and the nominator, if applicable) must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity/Video Release within forty-eight (48) hours.

General Conditions and Liability

Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.

Company reserves the right to cancel, postpone, modify, or discontinue the Contest if fewer than twenty (20) eligible applications are received during the entry period. In such event, no prize will be awarded, and Company shall have no further obligation with respect to the Contest.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Company, its owners, employees, and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this contest or the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the prize.

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. A Form 1099-MISC will be issued to the winner for the actual retail value of the services rendered. A Form W-9 must be collected from the winner before providing the services. Statement releasing META from all liability must be included. Official rules must be linked to in bio and posts.

This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. Any updates, corrections, or official announcements regarding this contest will be posted publicly on Company’s official social media channels and website. Odds of winning depend on the number and quality of eligible entries received and the judging criteria outlined herein. This is a skill-based promotional contest and not a random drawing.

Should the required exterior painting services exceed a retail value of $6,500, or should structural carpentry/wood rot mitigation exceed a retail value of $2,000, the selected winner will be provided a formal change-order estimate. The winner must approve and assume financial responsibility for the balance of the overage prior to the commencement of that work phase, or opt to scale back the project scope to fit within the designated prize caps.

If the winner resides in an HOA-governed community, color choices must be pre-approved by the HOA board within 5 days of winner notification, or the winner must opt to match the existing, already-approved color scheme."

Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether a property is suitable for the prize project. Properties with safety hazards, structural deficiencies, code violations, environmental concerns, inaccessible work areas, lead-related complications, excessive deterioration, or other conditions that materially impact the feasibility of the project may be deemed ineligible at any stage of the selection process.

A pre-award site inspection is required and the Company may withdraw selection if the home requires: structural repairs, extensive wood rot beyond prize limits, hazardous material remediation, code correction work, and or conditions preventing safe completion.

Additional Internal Criteria

  • Prioritize families/onscreen enthusiasm and comfortability

  • Must be deemed camera-fit through social media screening

  • Structural integrity- can paint job be executed well under $8,500? Project manager scopes out 3 finalists under the guise of “official finalist site assessment” to assess if this will work technically and the homeowner’s vibes/enthusiasm.

  • Once ineligible homes are filtered out, sort nominees on a spreadsheet with address and scores for each criteria category
